Superbe villa 4 chambres ! La villa est située dans un quartier résidentiel calme et paisible, au sud-ouest d'Orlando sur la US-27. La piscine privée donne une vue sur un jardin protégé. La maison est idéalement située pour visiter Disneyworld (20 minutes), Premium Outlet shopping center (25 minutes), SeaWorld & Universal Studios (30 minutes), Orlando (35 minutes) et Legoland (45 minutes). Toutes les commodités sont à proximité, par ex. supermarchés (Publix et Walmart) et restaurants, commerces à 5 min. ! Parmi les restaurants, à moins d'1 km, vous trouverez Hurricane Grill and Wings, Chili's, Waffle House, KFC, Subway, Starbuck's, Mc Donalds, Burger King, etc. etc. Toutes les commodités sont à proximité, par ex. Supermarché (Publix et Walmart) et restaurants, commerces à 5 min. !

La piscine entièrement protégée des insectes au moyen d'un moustiquaire est équipée de nouveaux meubles de terrasse et de chaises longues (octobre 2016) et peut être chauffée (contre un supplément). Il y a un barbecue à gaz / Grill disponible à la location. Profitez de la vue panoramique! Regardez les photos, c'est ce que vous verrez!

Toutes les chambres ont été rénovées en Décembre 2016. La suite master est équipée d'un nouveau lit king size avec matelas à mémoire de forme de haute qualité, nouveau duvet et oreillers et salle de bains attenante. La chambre Queen est aussi dotée d'un nouveau matelas à mémoire de forme de haute qualité. Les chambres des enfants ont également été équipées avec de nouveaux lits superposés et de nouveaux matelas. Tous les draps et les serviettes sont fournis. La cuisine est équipée d'un réfrigérateur côte à côte, cuisinière électrique, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, tous les casseroles, couverts, verres et vaisselle sont fournis afin que vous puissiez cuisiner comme à la maison ! Dans la salle de jeu, les enfants (et les parents aussi), s'amuseront durant des heures avec la grande table de hockey sur l'air et le baby-foot.

* Pool heating ($20/day) is not included in the rental fee. We recommend pool heating from October to April. Please note that it takes time for such an amount of water to warm up (up to 48 hrs), so it may not be very useful to heat it for only one or two days. The best way to keep it warm once it has reached temperature is to carefully place the pool blanket during the night (but do not leave it on all day long as the pool will turn green). Please let us know in advance if you want the pool to be heated and we will have it turned on for you.
*We love to welcome you in our Florida home, perfect for a family vacation. When you need a house to party this is not the villa you are looking for, we have a very strict NO party policy.
* This is a self-catering home so please be sure to stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals. As per Florida State recommendations, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence all food items will be removed after a guest checks out and supplies of items such as condiments, sugar, salt and pepper, tea, coffee etc, will be not be provided prior to your check in. We will provide a starter roll of toilet paper at each toilet, a bin liner in each bin, hand soap in the bathrooms, as well as a dishwasher tab. Towels and linens are included in your stay. An additional welcome pack, consisting in ea, Coffee+filters, Dishwasher Tablet, Dishcloth and Garbage Sack can be provided against a $6.50 fee. If you want this option, please let us know prior to check-in.
* -Check-in: from 04:00 pm. Check out strictly by 10:00am.
*- Early Check-in/Check-out : if possible (no other guest checking in/out on the same day), we can allow late or early check-in against a fee. Please add $ 50 for each hour wether you want to check in earlier than 4 p.m. or check-out later than 10 am.
* Upon Check-out: please leave all garbage in the outside trash bin.
-Please lock all windows, and doors and turn off all faucets, taps(lights) and fans.
-Please check that you have all of your personal belongings, we cannot be held responsible for items that are left behind.
* It is your responsibility to arrange appropriate insurance cover for all members of your party for personal injury etc. We can not be held responsible for the use of the swimming pool.
* Access to the pool is at own risk for all members of the party ( there is an access alarm at the back doors). Pool fence for the safety of young children available and ready to use.
* It is not allowed to bring drugs and weapons inside of the house. It is also strictly prohibited to smoke marijuana inside of the house. In case of marijuana smell reported, you will be c
harged $ 250.
