Das Ferienhaus liegt nur wenige Meter vom Fluss Ticino entfernt, nahe dem Lago Maggiore. Dieses Feriendomizil befindet sich in einem ehemaligen Bauernhaus, das komplett renoviert wurde, aber seine ursprüngliche Struktur noch aufweist. Die Einrichtung ist modern und angenehm. Dieses Ferienhaus befindet sich 100 Meter vom Fluss Ticino gelegen, in einer ruhigen Gegend, umgeben von Grün.
In der Nähe gibt es einen Radweg, der entlang des Flusses Ticino führt und Plätze für Picknicks bietet. Hier kann man die wunderbare Tierwelt des Naturparks genau beobachten. In der Gegend gibt es zahlreiche Einkaufszentren und 3 Krankenhäuser (Arona, Angera und Borgomanero), die alle innerhalb von 15 Minuten zu erreichen sind.
Der Bahnhof ist 5 Minuten (Sesto Calende) entfernt und ist mit den wichtigsten Hauptstädten des Nordens (Sesto Calende - Milan max 45 Minuten) verbunden. Die Autobahnen sind innerhalb von 10 Minuten erreichbar. Die wichtigsten lokalen Flohmärkte finden in Sesto Calende (5 Minuten) am Mittwoch, in Arona (10 Minuten) am Dienstag und in Borgomanero (15 Minuten) am Freitag statt. Castelletto Sopra Ticino is a small town of 10.000 inhabitants, situated in the province of Novara, in Piedmont. A 99-meter long iron bridge connects Castelletto Sopra Ticino to the neighbour Region Lombardy and marks the end of the Ticino River and the beginning of Lake Maggiore.
