Die Wohnanlage besteht aus insgesamt 3 zusammenhängenden Häuser, mit jeweils einem separaten Eingang.

Das gemütliche 1-Zimmer-Apartment "Valentine" befindet sich im Haus C, hat 53m² und bietet Platz für bis zu 3 Personen.

Das Doppelbett ist durch einen Raumteiler vom Wohnzimmer abgetrennt. Die Küchenzeile ist ausgestattet mit einem Herd mit 4 Kochfeldern, einer Pad-Kaffeemaschine, einem Milchaufschäumer, ein Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Backofen, Toaster, Wasserkocher und Küchenutensilien.
Im Bad befindet sich eine Badewanne mit Duschmöglichkeit.
Das WC ist separat.


Bei Ihrem Aufenthalt erwartet Sie zusätzlich:
- im UG (Mittelhaus) gibt es einen Wellness- und Fitnessbereich (Tischtennis, Fitness-Fahrrad, Ruderbank, Crosstrainer kostenlos nutzbar). Dieser kann von allen Häusern aus erreicht werden, ohne das Gebäude zu verlassen.

heilklimatisierter Kurort Lenzkirch auf 880 m Höhe im sonnenverwöhnten Ortsteil Kappel. Das beschauliche Örtchen liegt an einer Nebenstrecke und trotzdem verkehrsgünstig im Hochschwarzwald.
Ganz in der Nähe befindet sich die 60-170m tiefe Wutachschlucht - eines der großartigsten Naturhighlights der Region, der größte Canyon Deutschlands, der "Point of Nature".

The cozy 1-room apartment "Valentine" is located in house C, has 53m² and offers space for up to 3 people.

The double bed is separated from the living room by a room divider. The kitchenette is equipped with a stove with 4 hobs, a pad coffee machine, a milk frother, a fridge with freezer, oven, toaster, kettle and kitchen utensils.
In the bathroom there is a bathtub with shower possibility.
The toilet is separate.


During your stay you can expect additionally:
- in the basement (middle house) there is a wellness and fitness area (table tennis, fitness bike, rowing bench, cross trainer can be used free of charge). This can be reached from all houses without leaving the building.
