At almost 1000 meters above sea level, the spa hotel is located not far from the shore of the lake of the same name, nestled in the unique hilly and forested landscape of the low mountain range.

Zum Apartment mit rund 58m² gehören - ein großes kombiniertes Wohn- und Esszimmer, ein TV, ein Sofa und einen Esstisch mit sehr schönem Weitblick- ein Schlafzimmer mit großem Doppelbett (180x200) - eine vollausgestattete Küche mit Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Herd mit 4 Kochfeldern, Backofen, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Mikrowelle, Pad-Kaffeemaschine, Filter-Kaffeemaschine und Küchengrundausstattung- ein Bad mit Waschbecken, Fön, WC, Dusche - ein Flur- ein Balkon Bei Ihrem Aufenthalt erwartet Sie:- 1 großes und 1 kleines Handtuch pro Person und Bettwäsche- kostenloser Parkplatz vor dem Haus- Waschmaschine und Wäschetrockner im Haus (gegen geringe Gebühr Entgelt, Münzeinwurf)- Hallenbad im Haus . Alternativ ist das Apartment auch gut per Zug über Freiburg und dann mit der Höllental- bzw. der Drei-Seen-Bahn zu erreichen. Vom Bahnhof Schluchsee sind es zu Fuß rund 15 Minuten bis zur Wohnung.Direkt in Schluchsee gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf. In nur 3 Minuten mit dem Auto oder 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen Sie einen Edeka-Supermarkt mit Bäckerei.Dank der Konuskarte, die bei diesem Ferienhaus dabei ist, können Sie den Schwarzwald mit Bus und Bahn kostenlos erleben.The flat Weitblick of approx. 58m² includes - a combined living and dining room with dining table, TV and sofa bed, beautiful view- a bedroom with big double bed (180x200)- a fully equipped kitchen with fridge incl. freezer, cooker with 4 hobs, oven, kettle, toaster, microwave, filter coffee machine, pad coffee machine and basic kitchen equipment- a bathroom with washbasin, hairdryer, WC and shower- a hallway- a balcony with balcony furniture During your stay you can expect:- 1 large and 1 small towel per person and bed linen- free parking spaces in front of the house- Washing machine and tumble dryer in the house (for a small fee, coin-operated)- indoor swimming pool in the house - Free lending library in the house - Games room with table tennis table (table tennis bats are provided in the flat) and table football in the house - Sauna in the house (for a fee)- Children's playroom with lots of toys- uncomplicated rubbish disposal in the house corridor- it is a non-smoking apartment - unfortunately pets have to stay outside!- No wifi available in the apartment! Only available in common areas of the residenceThe flat is easy to reach by car via the federal highway 500. The flat is very close to Schluchsee railway station. Therefore it is easy to reach by train via Freiburg and then with the Höllental or the Three Lakes Railway. It takes about 15 minutes to walk from the station to the flat.There are also shopping facilities for daily needs directly in Schluchsee. In only 3 minutes by car or 15 minutes on foot you can reach an Edeka supermarket with an attached bakery.
