„Ich komme irgendwann definitiv wieder! Positiv: Einfach alles! So eine tolle Lage, der eigene Pool, der eigene Strandzugang, der nette Nachbar der auch mal frisches Obst aus seinem Garten rüber bringt, ein sehr netter Vermieter der uns sogar unser "riesiges" Auto problemlos in den scheinbar viel zu kleinen Parkplatz zauberte... Die Aussicht vom Balkon war mega! Die Möbel sind zwar nicht mehr die neuesten, aber es ist alles da was man braucht und es ist sauber. Mal davon abgesehen ist man sowieso nur draußen und braucht somit auch keine neuen Möbel!! Die vielen nötigen Kleinigkeiten (Anti-Mücken-Zeug, genügend Handtücher oder auch einfach nur Toilettenpapier) sind alle vorhanden und man muss nicht extrs los und einkaufen. Auch dafür einen dicken Pluspunkt! Ich könnte ewig weiter machen...
Kurz: Vielen Dank an Damir und seine Familie! Negativ: Nix!
Nur die Bewertung vom 21.06.17 find ich völlig daneben! Ausflüge: Krka Wasserfälle - Wunderschöne Landschaft und jeden Cent wert!“

man sollte mind. 40 % wieder zurück bekommen. Positiv: Pool und Meerzugang Negativ: Die eine Dusche ist viel zu klein 40 x 60 cm; Im Backofen war noch eine Pfanne mit altem Öl vom Vorgänger oder von letztes Jahr; Parkplatz vorm Haus viel zu klein ein normales Auto hat keinen Platz wir mussten 500 m entfernt parken. Treppe im Haus sehr steil und Geländer lose. Küchenmöbel sehr alt und schäbig, Auch wie angegeben hat die Wohnung nie 84 qm Empfehlung: garnicht“

„I respect this opinion and I am very sorry for your unsatisfaction. I always control the cleaning and clean the garden myself.

On my pictures everyone can see where they are coming, the house is for max 4 adults and 1 kid. My aunt is living in the second half of the house and she told me that it was 4 adults and 2 kids.

I was there on the first day when your family came and I only saw 3 adults and 2 kids so by the time I checked in only these persons. In that time I didn't know of that other person, so I was directly without any information.

Like a normal host I was waiting for my guests for the whole day and can also understand their traffic problems but I was very surprised when I saw 2 small kids because I didn’t know of any kids.

The parking place is for a normal car but not for an extra long and extra high vw caddy. In the pictures you can see my fiat multipla in the parking place. After this you can see that the family was properly informed about the space.

They didn’t contact me at any time and did not ask me any questions, so I was thinking that for 3 adults like they wrote, it would be enough place but...

At the end I see why they left the house at 4 o’clock in the morning because at that time, it is very difficult for me to come and control the house. When I came, I found furniture in different places in the house and I found the pool cover rod broken. These things are not expensive and I don’t want complain, things happen.

I think they gave me a bed comment to cover their errors.
