This holiday apartment is located in a residential area of Ohrid, the largest city on Macedonia's Lake Ohrid, an area known for its beautiful churches and medieval castles. It is close to the beach and forest.
From the communal sunny terrace you can enjoy the mountain views. Parking possibilities and a garage are on site.
There are a total of 13 holiday units in the four-storey Aparthotel. The house was built in 2015 and has its own solar system as well as floor-heating system. All units are equipped with a fire detection system in the hall, with alarm and light sensor and fire prevention equipment. Guests also benefit from free Wi-Fi, satellite TV and air conditioning.
This ground floor apartment sleeps three: it has one double bed (1.60 m wide) and a single bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, wash basin and toilet. There's a kitchenette with an electric counter top burner, a mini oven, fridge etc.
The beach is about 200 meters away. The town center with its restaurants and supermarkets is approximately 300 meters away.
The owner lives right in the building and is always available to help with any questions you might have. Upon request can prepare traditional Macedonian meals such as pie, gomleze, sheep yogurt and cheese, baking beans tavce-gravce etc. Guests are very welcome to get a hands-on experience of traditional cooking and participate in the preparation of meals. The owner can also organise excursions.
The Aparthotel has a mini fitness hall and exclusive massage salon.
