Villen in einem Resort mit Blick auf das Meer und die Berge

Das Resort mit insgesamt drei Villen befindet sich knapp 30 Kilometer vom Ort Rethymnon entfernt und auf dem 6000m2 großen Grundstück verteilen sich Blumen und Pflanzen. Der Strand ist nur 1,3 km entfernt. Der Ort Mpali liegt zwei Kilometer entfernt.

Bei Ankunft erhält der Gast ein Willkommenspaket mit einer Weinflasche, Obstkorb, Wasser, Orangensaft, Milch, Kaffee und Tee. Die Reinigung und der Handtuch/Bettwäschewechsel erfolgt alle drei Tage. Der Garten und der Pool wird täglich gepflegt. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt. Die Villen sind nicht für Rollstuhlfahrer geeignet. Rauchen ist auf dem Grundstück erlaubt.

Die Villen verfügen alle über Insektenschutzgitter an den Fenstern, kostenfreiem Wlan-Internet, Laptop, Safe, Erste Hilfe Kasten, Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen- und brett, Feuerlöscher und Solar- und Elektrowarmwasserbereiter.

Im Außenbereich gibt es einen Gemüsegarten. Und auch Sicherheitskameras sowei eine individuelle Funksteuerung für den Eingang stehen bereit. Falls erforderlich, kann ein Hochstuhl, Babybett, Kinderspielzeug oder eine Babywanne gestellt werden.

Gegen Gebühr werden Mahlzeiten in einem Gasthaus angeboten, sowie Ausflüge, Autovermietung, Massage, kretische Kochkurse und Lieferung von Einkäufen. In der Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche Möglichkeiten für Sportaktivitäten, wie Wasserski fahren, Tauchkurse, Windsurfen, Bootsfahren an der einzigartigen Küste mit herrlichem Felsformationen und Höhlen, Angeln, Wandern und Rad fahren.

Fully detached, newly built (2017) holiday villa with a private swimming pool

This fully air-conditioned holiday villa boasts a living space of 95 sqm. It has three bedrooms and can accommodate up to seven persons. The three bedrooms are furnished with a double bed each. There is a sofa bed in the living area for one more person. The kitchen is complete with cooker, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave oven, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, kettle, fruit squeezer, glassware, cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery. In the living area you will find a TV LCD 32" with satellite connection, air-conditioner with individual use, dining seating for 6 and a DVD player. One of the two bathrooms has a bathtub (en suite), the second bathroom is equipped with a shower. A separate guest toilet on the ground floor offers additional comfort.

Bed linen /sheets and towels are provided. Other features include: Hairdryer, free wifi internet access, a safe box, first aid box, washing machine, iron and ironing board, fire extinguisher, solar Water Heater-electrical Water Heater etc. For children there is a high chair, children cot, children toys and a baby bath.

Each holiday villa has its own private garden with a swimming pool (48sqm), BBQ, dining terrace, sun beds, umbrellas and an outdoor shower near the pool. Two parking spaces are available right in front of the villa.

Individual entrance radio control ensures your privacy and safety during your stay.

Bali is a coastal village on the north coast of Crete, about 30 km east of Rethymno and 45 km from Heraklion (airport). It is built on a raised small peninsula so overlooks the bay and the sea. Bali has four beaches on four small creeks and a beach isle. From the village passes the National Road Heraklion-Rethymno (buses run every hour), making access to any part of the island very easy giving the visitors the chance to discover the beauty and history of the island. Today Bali is a modern tourist resort with a wide variety of taverns, restaurants, small shops, diving center, bars, discos, as well as clinic and pharmacy.
