Idyllische Villa in Fayence mit privatem Pool

Diese Villa befindet sich in der Nähe von zwei beliebten provenzalischen Dörfern, die weniger als 400 m voneinander entfernt an einen Hügel geschmiegt liegen: Fayence und Tourettes. Die Villa liegt am Beginn von Fayence, auf das man auch wunderschön blicken kann. Zu Fuß in ein kleines Restaurant oder eine Bäckerei gehen, zweimal wöchentlich zum Markt; wem gefällt das nicht? Wenn Sie Golf lieben, dann können Sie den wunderschönen Club 'Terre Blanche', 8 km von der Villa entfernt, genießen. In einer halben Stunde sind Sie im kosmopolitischen Cannes an der Côte d'Azur. Das Grundstück der Villa verfügt über einen geräumigen Parkplatz. Links ist das Studio mit eigenem Eingang und intimer Terrasse. Die Villa verfügt zudem über drei weitere Schlafzimmer, zwei davon mit eigenem Badezimmer. Der Salon öffnet sich auf eine langgestreckte Terrasse und ist mit dem Esszimmer und der Küche verbunden. Das angeschlossene Sommergartenzimmer verfügt über eine Sommerküche mit Grill. Das Schwimmbad hat eine Größe von nicht weniger als 12 x 6 Metern und ist mit einer breiten begehbaren Treppe ausgestattet. Der Garten ist im Übrigen tropisch und die Aussicht auf Fayence und weiter in Richtung Côte d'Azur ist herrlich.

    „On the day of our arrival, while we were in the taxi from the airport to the villa, we received an email informing us that we would not be able to use the swimming pool. There was no explanation, and no apology, and no offer of compensation.

    We later discovered that the pool had simply not been cleaned in time for our arrival. There was no fault with it. This really ruined our holiday - it was a disgraceful way to treat guests who had paid a lot of money to stay at the villa for their main family holiday of the year. The holiday was booked months in advance and the owners had plenty of time to prepare.

    In the end we were able to use the pool for 3 of our 9 days holiday. There is no way we would have booked the villa if we had known this would happen. We would have booked a hotel instead.

    Aside from the pool, the villa was good. It is in a very beautiful location with excellent views. However it does not have air conditioning, which made sleeping difficult in the heat.

    Overall I cannot recommend this villa due to the complete lack of professionalism of the owners. This was an expensive holiday, and we planned to spend a lot of time in the pool as a family, which we were unable to do. Even 2 weeks after the end of our holiday, we are quite angry about it.
