Dieses rustikale Haus, das Anfang des 19. Jahrhunderts erbaut und zu einem schönen Ferienhaus mit Pool umgewandelt wurde, liegt mitten in den Feldern von Kaštel und bietet Ihnen absolute Privatsphäre, da das große Grundstück komplett umzäunt ist. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat seine private Ecke mit kleinem Tisch für Zwei. Auf der großen Terrasse werden Sie gemütliche Grillabende und die lauen Sommernächte genießen. Spazieren Sie zum Meer und zum Ortszentrum. Der Standort ist strategisch gut positioniert, so dass Sie schnell die Altstadtkerne von Split und Trogi, sowie den Flughafen und die Marina erreichen können.

    „An absolutely amazing holiday thanks to this incredible little villa and it's wonderful owners!

    The owners/hosts could not have been more accommodating or lovely: Gorgeous soaps, and lavender bags as gifts on arrival, along with the fridge pre-stocked with milk, drinking yoghurt and various alcoholic drinks (including red-wine from the villas own vineyard) just one example of the thoughtfulness of the hosts and attention to detail. One small issue we had with the washing machine was fixed the following day, with apologies for the inconvenience. Literally the nicest holiday hosts we've ever had in any country, and genuinely sad to say goodbye to them.
    The villa itself: Spotlessly clean, beautifully appointed villa, with loads of charming little touches that made this feel like a real home away from home. The bedrooms are a decent size and for the four of us felt like ample room to spread out and relax. The en-suite, with its own front door, was particularly lovely for our teenage son, who could have the privacy he needed for someone of that age.
    All the bedrooms are beautiful and filled with quirky rustic charm, but also have modern extremely efficient air-conditioning, which was essential in the heat. We all slept very well.
    Outside, the eating area was delightful - and the kids particularly enjoyed the novelty of 'lizard spotting' whilst eating dinner. The outside bbq was also really lovely, and we made great use of it. Lot's of other little spaces outside, hammocks, loungers etc.. to relax and read or drink wine while the kids played in the pool.
    The pool is really excellent; a decent size, and kept very very clean. Surrounded by lovely wooden sun loungers and large umbrellas giving some much needed shade in the middle of the day. Swimming towels also provided.
    We didn't have a car, but there is a large gravel drive, with plenty of parking space, could easily accommodate multiple vehicles.

    Overall - could not rate this property highly enough - a magical two weeks!“
