Das zweigeschossige Haus wurde aufwendig renoviert, die typischen Elemente und die urige Atmosphäre der alten Bauweise dabei erhalten. Casa El Fayal ist ein traditionelles kanarisches Landhaus (Casa rural).

Die sichtbaren Holzkonstruktionen von Zwischenboden und Dächern besitzen eine unverwechselbare Ausstrahlung. Im Un­ter­ge­schoss findet man Wohnraum mit Küchenzeile, Bad und ein Schlafzimmer. Im Obergeschoss befindet sich ein weiterer offener Schlafraum, der über eine Treppe vom Wohnraum aus erreichbar ist. Wohnfläche: ca. 60 m². Belegung: max. 4 Personen. Zum Haus gehört ein eigener Pool mit Sonnenterrasse und Meerblick. Neben dem Pool befindet sich ein geräumiger überdachter Grillbereich mit einem Holzbackofen.

    „The first thing we noticed was that Puntagorda is mostly aligned to the German holidaymakers.
    The property information sheet was only in German - there was nothing at all in English which was quite frustrating and we had some difficulty in conversation with the owner as she did not speak any English.
    The double bedroom which was upstairs was not very good as the bed itself did not have the 'usual' double duvet but 2 single ones which wasn't very comfortable - especially as at this time of year (Feb/Mar) it was quite cold at bedtimes and the single duvets being quite short so that our feet tended to become uncovered!
