It is situated on a hill above the bay of Mlini, just 10 minutes driving from Dubrovnik Airport and 15 minutes from UNESCO Heritage site of Dubrovnik Old Town.
There is over 900m2 outdoor space, where you can enjoy in glorius swimming pool 10x4m which is heated,and lie on sun lounger on spacious terace around the pool. There is 160m2 of interior space over three floors of villa, it can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. Interior space is designed by the owner with so much love, it is warm and cozy, combination of new and old style, taking care on every detail trying to be everything perfect.
On ground floor there is seperate apartment for 2 person. There is 1 bedroom with king bed, full bathroom with bathtub and kitchen.
On 1 first floor of the villa there are living room, dining room, full kitchen, one bedroom with king bed and bathroom. Reachable from groundfloor with outside stairs.
On 2 floor there are 2 bedrooms and has a beautiful sea view with en suite bathroom with bathtub.
