The apartment is located in front of the sea in Cava d’Aliga, a small mediterranean town in the territory of Scicli.
Steps away from the beach, the property has magnificent panoramic views from it's private terrace of the entire bay.
Occupancy: Optimal 4 (n. of beds) - Max 4+2 (sofa bed)

The practical open concept living space is light and airy and boasts large glass doors that lead onto the balcony. The kitchen is complete with an electric stove top, fridge and freezer, microwave, and a comfortable eating area. In the living area there is a TV and a sofa bed (which can sleep an additional 2 guests).
Bedrooms: The first bedroom has a double bed and a balcony with breathtaking beach views. A second bedroom has 2 single beds (can be united), and a beautiful airy window also with beach views. The washroom has a shower which includes a laundry sink, and a convenient washing machine as well.
All rooms have ceiling fans.
