Nestled in the heart of Jolly Harbour, Villa Coby invites you to enjoy stunning mountain views and a seamless blend of contemporary design and Caribbean charm.

Ideally located and gated, Villa Coby is just minutes from the vibrant Jolly Harbour marina, supermarket, ATM, golf course, tennis courts, gym, and a selection of restaurants bars, and entertainment at West Coast village and and surrounding area. The villa is walking distance to the nearest beach and between 5-10 minutes drive to other pristine white-sand beaches and, 20 minutes from St. John’s (capital), and a 30-minute drive from V.C. Bird International Airport (option for fast track service available).

Exceptional Amenities:
Inside, every detail is designed for a comfortable, convenient stay. The villa offers high-speed Wi-Fi, central air conditioning, six fans, two Smart TVs, a washer, dryer, iron, steamer, hairdryers, and a barbecue. The modern, open-plan chef’s kitchen includes a gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, breakfast bar, and essential appliances like a coffee and cappuccino machine, toaster, blender, kettle, and air fryer, along with all cookware and utensils needed for self-catering or private chef services. Lastly our villa provides full on-island support through our property management company.

Security and Peace of Mind:
For guest safety, exterior cameras monitor the perimeter, including the pool deck. This footage is recorded exclusively for security purposes and is not shared. Any attempts to disable, redirect, or obscure the cameras may result in loss of the security deposit or, at the owner’s discretion, eviction without refund.

The area around the villa is safe and welcoming, but we remind guests to prioritize safety while enjoying the island. Please ensure the villa is securely locked when staying in or stepping out. Though the villa is well-lit, some island areas may have dim lighting; we advise avoiding solo walks at night. Additionally, island roads can be uneven, so comfortable footwear is recommended.
