This cozy, modern holiday home is located in the Zeeland village of Nieuwvliet. The house has 2 workshops and is ideal for a family, couples or those seeking tranquility. You can relax in the sauna and enjoy the sun on the terrace.

Nieuwvliet is centrally located between Breskens and Cadzand Bad. The area is quiet and there is little traffic. The coast can be reached in 5 minutes by car. From the holiday home you can make many trips by bike. Furthermore, the house is a great base for a visit to the popular seaside resort of Knokke-Heist, where you will find many nice shops, cafes and restaurants. Bruges, Ghent, Antwerp and Middelburg are also easily accessible.

In the sitting room you can create a cozy atmosphere with the gas fireplace. The house is very child-friendly: a stair gate has been installed and a cot and high chair are available. In the enclosed courtyard you can enjoy breakfast or dinner. There is very good WiFi connection throughout the house, as well as in the garden.

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
