Comfortable holiday apartment with a balcony, near the beach

This apartment is on the second floor and is in a quiet residential area just 400 metres from the beach.

The furnished balcony is ideal for relaxing and having breakfast together. There is also a large garden with a grill and garden furniture. The garden is shared with the house owners. The property has five car parking spaces and can be used free of charge.

The apartment with modern furnishing has a bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200cm) and there is also a comfortable sofa bed in the light living room for two people, along with a sofa, a table and satellite TV. The dining space with a table and chairs is in the spacious kitchen, which is fully-equipped with a stove and oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, kettle and coffee machine. The modern bathroom has a shower cubicle, a washbasin, a hairdryer and a toilet.

It is 400 metres to the nearest beach. There are restaurants, cafés and grocery shops very close to the house. The location is ideal for trips into the old town of Split, Salona and Trogir, or for visiting the Plitvice Lakes National Park. It is just a few minutes to probably the oldest olive tree in the world (1500 years).
