Current information from our management

Dear customers,

we are writing this message at a time when the coronavirus and its consequences for the entire population are of great concern to all of us.

In the past few days and also currently, the entire atraveo team is working hard to be there for our customers. Due to the many travel restrictions in the past days, we have received a large number of calls and emails which we process as best and fast as we can in these days. Please understand that in this exceptional situation the response time is much longer than usual. We thank you for all your patience and generosity.

Please check our website for current developments. Here we are primarily aiming at customers who have already booked a holiday home stay with us in the future. We are there for you and keep you up to date: www.atraveo.com/blog/current_information

Even if we do not send you any newsletters with special offers at the moment, you can of course choose and book a trip for the future from our wide range of over 300,000 holiday homes. We are sure that together we will emerge from this crisis stronger than before! Especially in these times of travel restrictions we are looking forward to exploring the world again soon.

The atraveo team is also available to answer any questions from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. So that we can deal with your request as quickly as possible, please send us an email to customerservice@atraveo.com.

The current situation is changing our everyday life. We are convinced that it is important to follow current health advices. You can find them here. Current information on worldwide entry regulations can be found here.

In the last few days, we have received many expressions of solidarity and encouraging messages from our customers in this unique and difficult situation, which is also an exceptional one for atraveo. We are extremely grateful for this.

Stay healthy.

Best regards from Düsseldorf,

Torge Petersen & Tom Müller
