The generous semi-detached house is in a quiet location and consists of two holiday apartments. It is just 1500 metres to the sea.
Both apartments are for four people and have their own entrance. They can be booked individually or together, so this house is ideal for acquainted families or couples. Each apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed (180 x 200cm) and one with two single beds (90 x 190cm). A supplementary bed can be added for a fifth person. The apartment also has a bathroom with a bath, a living room with a sofa and a dining table, and a fully-equipped kitchen. On cold days the living room can be heated with the open fireplace.
Each apartment has a roofed terrace with a table and chairs. The big garden is shared by both apartments. It has an outdoor shower and a grill. There are three private parking spaces on site. Bicycles can be borrowed from the owner on request (payable).
The beaches Cala D’Ambra and Cinta are about 1500 metres from the house. It is just a kilometre to the Piazzetta in the centre, which is especially popular in the evening, with bars, restaurants, a market and various shops. The nearest grocery shop is just 100 metres away.
