The holiday apartment is in a two-storey residential house in a quiet area on the outskirts of Pataias, very close to the beach.
The highlight outdoors is the 20m² roof terrace with a wonderful panoramic view of the sea. It has garden furniture, so you can enjoy meals together, while enjoying the view. You can park your car at the public car park about 100 metres away.
The apartment of around 90m² is suitable for six people and comprises three bedrooms (of which one is a suite with an adjoining bathroom), two bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen. All three bedrooms have a double bed measuring 140 x 220cm and some have a balcony. The spacious and light living room with a big window front looking out at the roof terrace and the sea has a sofa in front of the fireplace, where you can make yourself comfortable. It also has two dining tables and another smaller table for two people. The apartment is only about 200 metres from the nearest beach. Other beaches, which are more touristy, are also not far away, for example: Nazareth, San Pedro de Moel, Paredes, Poloveira. There are also good restaurants in the vicinity. The nearest grocery shop is just 100 metres further away, so within easy walking distance.
