Holiday apartment with a balcony and a roof terrace on a cosy holiday complex with a communal pool landscape
This apartment is situated on a beautiful holiday complex with a pool landscape, consisting of two-storey terraced houses, in Pueblo Bravo, about five to eight kilometres from the beaches on the Costa Blanca.
The apartment has a furnished balcony with an awning from where you can look out over the pool landscape, as well as the highlight of the roof terrace, furnished with outdoor furniture, sun loungers and shades, affording a wonderful view over the nearby Laguna Salada de la Mata and even as far as Torrevieja by the Mediterranean Sea. The pool area with a lawn is communally used and open from 9 am to 12 midnight. The complex has a locked parking area for about 14 cars, where you can safely park your car. You receive the key together with the apartment key.
The ca.50 m² holiday flat is located on the first floor of a two-storey terraced house and is ideal for two people, with the possibility to accommodate up to 4 people. The property offers two bedrooms, one bathroom and a living room with a kitchen. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed (150 x 200 cm), the second one with a single bed (90 x 200 cm) and a built-in cupboard. The living room can accommodate an additional guest on the 120 x 200 cm sofa bed. It also provides a satellite television with international TV and radio programs and a stereo system with a USB connection. The dining corner has a bar table with two chairs and is across from the kitchen unit with a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a stove, an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle, juicer and a toaster. The bathroom has a toilet, a shower bath, a hairdryer, a magnifying mirror and a washing machine. The air conditioning unit can be adjusted to heat/cool also the bedrooms and the bathroom, but the electric oil radiators heat more effectively. The windows and the balcony door are insulated and have shutters. The windows in the bedrooms are fitted with fly screens.
It is only two kilometres to the nearest grocery stores (Lidl, Consum). It is a 10 to 15-minute drive to Guardamar and Torrevieja on the Mediterranean. In between these two towns is a beautiful, natural dune sandy beach with excellent water. The Playa El Moncayo near Guardamar has parking near the beach. The region is well-known for its healthy climate due to salty lakes, which is especially good for people with asthma, cardiac and skin problems and rheumatism.. Ciudad Quesada has a direct motorway connection, with Alicante airport only half an hour away by car.
