Holiday apartments with their own balcony and boat mooring, in a quiet location near the beach


This house with five holiday apartments and studios for two to four people enjoys a quiet location, near the beach and a forest. The owners live on the same site in a separate house.

The completely enclosed site provides six shaded car parking spaces, right next to the house. Each apartment has its own furnished balcony.

All the apartments are equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV and free Internet access. There is also a boat mooring by the property.

It is 1000 metres to the nearest supermarket. The small beach is 100 metres away. It is about 300 metres to the nearby pine forest and a grass and rocky beach, which is nicely shaded and not overcrowded. In the immediate vicinity of the house, just ten metres away, there is also a playground. A kilometre away there is a recreational facility for water sports, tennis, football and beach volleyball. Within a radius of 50 to 100 metres you can find two restaurants. The centre one or two kilometres away has further restaurants, shops, a petrol station and medical services. You can hire a boat (maximum four people) and go on a trip to the nearby islands with their beautiful beaches.

This 50m² apartment is on the first floor. It has a bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200cm) and a bathroom with a shower and WC. The large living room-kitchen has a sitting area with a sofa bed (140 x 200cm) in front of the balcony door, a dining area in the middle, and a kitchen unit, equipped with a stove, oven, fridge, coffee machine and kettle.
