Holiday apartment for the whole family, including pets, with three bedrooms, a fireplace and a fenced outdoor area
The house is located in the centre of the residential area of Scerne di Pineto, about 400 metres from the sea.
The holiday apartment is on the ground floor of a duplex house and comprises a kitchen-living room, three bedrooms and a bathroom. In the fully-equipped kitchen there is a gas stove and you can enjoy meals together at the dining table. A fireplace makes the room a cosy place for family gatherings. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed, the second with two single beds, and the third with a single bed and a double sofa bed. The bathroom has a bath.
The 80m2 outdoor area is completely fenced and is therefore ideal for playing, for children as well as pets. A small outdoor room provides a laundry room with a washing machine, toilet and shower. Parking is available on the public street.
Pets are welcome. The 2.5km pebbled beach is considered particularly beautiful, as it has a green strip with an English lawn. There is also a sandy beach.
Next to the house there is a church. Within a radius of 100 metres you can find the most important shops and services, such as the train station, a pharmacy, supermarket, bank and post office. The sea is about 400 metres away and is easy to get to on foot or by bike. The sandy and pebbled beaches are 2.5km away and can be accessed by bike, as a cycle path runs along the beach from Scerne to Torre Cerrano. About an hour’s drive away there is the “Gran Sasso d’Italia” mountain massif, the largest mountains of the Apennine peninsula.
