The 120 m² holiday home is located in Los Llanos de Ariadne, a quiet rural town, west of the capital of Santa Cruz de la Palma. The detached house was built in 2002 and last underwent a complete renovation in 2013. It is ideal for a relaxing holiday with family or friends in the middle of the countryside. Completely renovated and lovingly furnished holiday home with private pool in its own large garden with outdoor kitchen
The highlight of 5000 m² property is the pool as well as the adjacent terrace with garden furniture and a sunshade. There is also a separate grill/barbecue area in the outdoor kitchen. In addition, a number of parking spaces are available at the house that you can use during your stay.
The holiday home has three bedrooms, each with a double bed (consisting of two mattresses of 0.90 cm x 2.00 m) as well as three bathrooms with a shower, washbasin and toilet. The fully equipped kitchen has a dining table for meals together along with a stove, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and a coffee machine. From here, you have direct access to the adjacent air-conditioned living room which has a sofa, a TV with satellite connection, a DVD player, and a stereo system. A supermarket and a restaurant can be reached about 2 km away. It is also about five minutes by car to the neighbouring town of El Paso. The nearby beaches (10 km) of Puerto Naos and Tazacorte are about 20 minutes away by car. There you can hire boats, among other things, or enjoy water sports. The nearest airport is about 30 km away.
