In a quiet, sunny location this holiday house is 1,200 metres from the ocean in a cul-de-sac. Quietly situated holiday house in Mediterranean style with own pool in a nature garden, ideal for those seeking recuperation and wanting to visit the beach
The terrace house is ideal for children and was renovated in 2011. The house with five rooms is comfortably and elegantly furnished. In the living and dining room there is next to a cosy seating area also an open fireplace, SAT TV and a radio. A bedroom with a bunk bed is also provided on the ground floor. In the 27 m² large kitchen you will find amongst other things four cooking plates, a dishwasher, cooker, microwave and many other important utensils for cooking and dining. There is also bathroom with toilet here. On the top floor there are three bedrooms with a double bed respectively and one bedroom also has an additional single bed. There is also a further bathroom with toilet and bidet on the top floor. The house also provides electrical heating, a washing machine and wifi.
A nature garden and a swimming pool (8 x 4 metres) are available for exclusive use. A shower is also in the pool area. A terrace with garden furniture, loungers and grill invite you to linger and relax. A parking space is located at the house.
The villa has an excellent location. You are just about 40 minutes away from Faro. It is in the midst of the Algarve and close to the centre of Carvoeiro.
