This rustic water mill from 1812 is located across from the town of Tourteron, on the border to the French Ardennes and the Champagne region. The spacious 400 m² house has a 5700 m² garden. This mill originally consisted of three parts: a mill, a bakery and two apartments. All of these areas are interconnected.
Via a staircase and a hallway, you access the first floor with the large bedroom, which offers views over the garden with trees and the valley.
