Apartment - Apartment

Completed in mid-2013, the apartments at Schier Beach Resort are available in three different variants: a 4-person type on the ground floor (NL-9166-03), a 4-person type on the ground floor(NL-9166-06), a 6-person type on the ground floor (NL-9166-04) and a 6-person type which is spread across the 1st and 2nd floors (NL-9166-05). All the apartments boast a modern design with plenty of ambience and come complete with all the modern luxuries. There is a deluxe kitchen that includes a dishwasher among other amenities, a luxurious bathroom, a flat screen TV, heated floors and WiFi. Both 6-person apartments also contain a steam bath. NL-9166-04 additionally comes with a bathtub. In NL-9166-05, the second bedroom and the roof terrace are both on the 2nd floor. Every apartment has a terrace with garden furniture for your use. This is a wonderful destination for escaping from the daily grind and enjoying complete relaxation.

The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described.

Please keep in mind that Schiermonnikoog has restrictions on cars. Only permit holders are allowed to take a car onto the island. Permits are issued by the Schiermonnikoog municipal government and are only granted in very special cases. Motorcycles, mopeds and scooters are also prohibited. Busses and/or taxis provide transportation between the ferry port and the village. There are two large car parks at the ferry port in Lauwersoog where you can leave your car.

In the high season, count on about an extra half-hour of travel time due to searching for a parking spot and buying tickets for the crossing.

The open-air swimming pool, tennis courts and bicycle rental are not located directly at the resort, but are within walking distance.

Schier Resort is still partly under construction. Some facilities will be completed in late 2013. Any inconvenience will be kept to a minimum.
