The apartment building is located outside a historic village dating from the 18th Century. It is located in the Tuscan hills at about 700 metres above sea level. It is enclosed by the hills of the Cerri e Abeti below the Passo di Carpinelli and surrounded by an extensive park of 3,700 m³.
