Holiday apartment in a quiet location with a pool
This detached Dalmatian villa enjoys an ideal quiet location and offers all the necessary comfort. It is on a slope and affords a breathtaking view towards the sea and the surroundings. It is quietly sitated on a side street with little traffic, in the Mala Iozna area. The beach of the same name is only 120 metres away.
The outdoor area on the ground floor includes a roofed terrace of around 30m² with an outdoor grill and seating for 10 people, a further sitting corner in front of the fireplace room and a beautiful sunny terrace with a pool and outdoor shower (solar). It has garden furniture and six deckchairs. The first floor has a balcony with a view towards the sea and the pool.
