Il complesso residenziale è sito su una collina a picco sul mare; dista da Stintino, antico paese marinaro ove si trova “La Pelosa” nota come la spiaggia con il mare più bello del mondo, circa 8 km. Nel tranquillo centro, troviamo tutte le comodità, supermarket, artigianato locale e negozi vari.

APPARTAMENTI: le ville e gli appartamenti sono divisi tra bifamiliari, plurifamiliari, e a schiera. Tutti elegantemente arredati, dispongono di TV, lavatrice, ferro/asse da stiro, tostapane, bagno, phon, patio o balcone attrezzato, barbecue in comune, parcheggio, alcune con piscina condivisa con altri appartamenti, altre con uso della piscina in esclusiva.

SPORT: nei dintorni: diving, windsurf, canoa e scuola vela. Escursioni c/o il parco dell’Asinara in barca a vela o trenino o jeep e pescaturismo.
DISTANZA DAL MARE: a circa 3 km la spiaggia bianchissima de Le Saline. Possibilità noleggio ombrelloni, sdraio, lettini.

NOTE: Check-in dalle 17:00 alle 20:00 – check-out entro le ore 10:00. Gli arrivi oltre le ore 20:00 devono essere comunicati in anticipo alla struttura altrimenti non si garantisce l’accoglienza e verrà richiesto un supplemento. Per arrivi oltre le ore 22.00, anche se comunicati, supplemento, oltre le ore 24.00 supplemento. Per arrivi oltre le 20.00 si richiede recapito telefonico del cliente.
ATTREZZATURE: ricevimento 09:00/13:00 e 17:00/20:00; servizio Wi-Fi nell’area antistante la reception, all’interno del villaggio bar e ristorante, market, farmacia, guardia medica, gelateria, bancomat, lavanderia a gettoni, negozi (l’apertura dei servizi è a discrezione di gestori privati, di norma da giugno a settembre).

The villa (4 people) with shared swimming pool is located at the Sea Villas residence, within the Country Paradise complex. It's located a few kilometers by car from the village of Stintino.

The Villa has a double bedroom and a living room, that includes an equipped kitchenette and a double sofa bed.The Villa is equipped with: TV, washing machine, iron and ironing board, toaster, pots and pans, crockery and cutlery, bathroom and hairdryer. It has an equipped patio or balcony.Moreover, we give you the first supply of bed linen and inside the Villa you will find a beach umbrella to take with you during your days at the beach.Inside the Villa there is no Wi-Fi connection, but you can connect to free internet in the common area in front of the reception office.The villa is located inside a building that includes 5/6 identical villas, which share the same swimming pool.

The Sea Villas residence is located inside the Country Paradise complex. The residence is just a few kilometers by car from Stintino. Sea Villas includes many villas: some with swimming pool shared with other guests, some with exclusive use of the pool and some without a pool.Inside the complex there are: bar, restaurant, market, pharmacy, medical assistance, ice-cream parlour, cash dispenser, laundrette, shops. The opening of these services is set by the owners, usually from June to September.

If you need any help you can go to the reception office which is located in Via Brigata Sassari. The reception opens every day from 9 am to 1 pm and from 5 pm to 8 pm.Check-in is available every day from 17:00 to 20:00. Check-out is scheduled before 10:00 am. Arrivals after 20:00 must be communicated to the reception a few days before the check in. In case of no-communication of the late arrival, the check in is not guaranteed and an extra charge may be required. Pets are allowed in our residence but they cannot enter in the common areas. For their stay there is an extra cleaning fee.We remind you that the cleaning of the kitchenette and the recycling of waste are under guest's responsibility.In case of no-cleaning of the kitchenette or wrong waste collection, we will ask you to pay a penalty.Wi-fi is available in the common area in front of the reception office (its use is subject to limitations).

Stintino is characterized by a stunning surrounding: it is a land bridge between two seas. The residential complex Sea Villas is located on a hill that overlooks the striking outer sea on the western part of Stintino. The west coast is high and jagged and it hides gorgeous coves of sand and pebbles.The inner sea of the east coast is located inside the gulf. It has a low and sheltered coast and it hosts the famous beach of La Pelosa, a true masterpiece. La Pelosa beach, as many of Sardinian coves, is characterized by: bright blue waters, fine and white sand and ankle-low waters for meters. This paradise is surrounded by the typical Mediterranean scrub and it's guarded by the ruins of the 16th-century Aragonese tower. The beach seems to stretch to kiss the spectacular island of Asinara: a national park since 1997 and a protected area since 2002. Asinara island is an unspoilt and wild Mediterranean oasis to explore by boat, by bike, by jeep or on horseback.
