Detached agriturismo in Tuscany for two people

This holiday accommodation is in a rural location in a quiet area, surrounded by plenty of greenery and grape vines, which are used for the in-house wine production.The stone house with wooden ceilings provides a comfortable 50m² of living space on two floors for two people. The entrance into the house leads into the living and dining room with a little cooking niche equipped with a gas stove, microwave, toaster, fridge and coffee machine. The bathroom has a toilet, washbasin, shower and hairdryer. Next to the living and dining room there is a sofa bed for one person. Wooden stairs lead to the first floor with a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200cm). Every room has heating.The veranda with a table, chairs, lounger and grill is for your own exclusive use, so you can spend leisurely evenings outdoors. The shared garden has a pool (7 x 14m) available for use from beginning of June until the end of September. A car parking space is provided. Pets are allowed on request, but note that the site is only partially enclosed. This holiday accommodation is ideal for spending a holiday in a quiet, green and relaxing atmosphere. The outdoor area includes a little playground for children with a swing, slide and other play equipment.Wi-Fi is available. A highchair can be provided free of charge, to be ordered from the owner before arrival. The washing machine is in a separate room with an independent entrance to the agriturismo. It can be used free of charge and is shared with guests at two other apartments. The building is surrounded by a large shared garden and grape vines, used by the owners to produce wine. Dedication, tradition, intuition and ambition characterise the Pinot Nero wine production of the family enterprise since 1930. The owner lives on site. This accommodation exudes an especially rustic charm.The little village Pratovecchio is only a kilometre from the accommodation. It has a grocery shop, cafes, restaurants and bars. If you are interesting in skiing, there is a downhill piste 20 kilometres away.
