Are you looking for a unique experience where comfort, nature, and coziness come together? This studio is located next to a charming tearoom, a beautiful pick-your-own garden, and a small campsite. The tearoom next door is the perfect place for a relaxing cup of coffee or tea with a treat, a delightful lunch, or perhaps a beer or glass of wine in the afternoon. From this spot, the sea of flowers won't escape your notice—take a walk through the neighboring pick-your-own garden. During the summer months, you can pick your own beautiful bouquet of various flowers for your accommodation. A relaxing activity that's fun for the whole family.

Accommodation
Upon entering the studio, the high slanted roof immediately catches your eye, creating a wonderful sense of space. The large windows ensure a pleasant influx of light and make you feel at one with the outdoors. The impressive floral wallpaper is a fun nod to the pick-your-own garden you can visit in the summer.
The studio is practically arranged and provides everything you need on one level. At the back of the studio, you'll find a cozy living area with a couch, coffee table, and TV, with a view of the private garden.
The kitchen may be small, but it is fully equipped. From a stove, combination microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, to a dishwasher, Nespresso machine, and kettle, you have everything you need to prepare a delicious meal. And with the table and chairs opposite the couch, you can enjoy cozy meals together.
The sleeping area, which is in the same space as the living area and kitchen due to the studio layout, has a comfortable double bed (180x200cm) with separate mattresses (90x200cm) for a good night’s sleep. From the bed, you can also watch TV, as the TV is visible from the bed. There are two nightstands and bed lamps. In the spacious wardrobe, you will find enough storage space for your luggage.
The bathroom is equipped with a sink with storage, a shower, a separate bathtub, and a toilet. A pleasant place to refresh yourself after a long day of vacationing.
In the private garden (15m2), facing south, you can enjoy the sun from noon until the late hours. Is it too hot? The parasol provides a lovely shady spot.
A parking space is included with the studio, and there is usually plenty of room in the parking lot, for example, for visitors. For cycling enthusiasts, there is a shed where you can securely store your bikes. A washing machine and dryer are also available in the toilet area of the nearby campsite, perfect for when you stay longer or need to do laundry in between.

This studio is the perfect place for a relaxing vacation. Everything is within reach, and the tearoom, pick-your-own garden, and private garden offer a lovely place to enjoy the outdoors.

Although this studio is centrally located on the edge of the village, you are still in the middle of nature. The campsite borders the back, giving you the feeling of truly escaping. For all daily necessities, the bakery, supermarket, and various local shops in the village of Koudekerke are all nearby. If you want to explore the vibrant energy of the city, your accommodation is practically next to the maritime city of Vlissingen. The lively boulevard invites you to take a lovely walk, enjoy the cozy terraces, and enjoy the stunning view as boats sail so close to the coast.
Fancy a day of shopping? Then the center of Middelburg is calling you to explore its shops. The versatile center offers not only large chain stores but also many local businesses with unique shops. If you need a break from shopping, you have a wide choice of cozy restaurants on the Market square, with the characteristic old town hall.
Prefer to relax at the beach? The expansive beach, just a stone's throw from your vacation home, is the perfect place to enjoy long summer days. Whether you love sunbathing, building sandcastles with the kids, or taking a refreshing dip, the beach in Koudekerke offers something for everyone.
