Configured with a very familiar character and with an unbeatable location, this rural house for six people provides everything you need so that you and your family can enjoy your ideal vacation.



8 minutes from the La Trocha Shopping Center in Coín, 12 and 15 minutes from urban centers such as Coín or Alhaurín el Grande, as well as being only 3 minutes from the Cártama highway link that will take you to the interior area of Málaga or towards the Costa del Sol, doing the Caminito del Rey in Ardales will be very comfortable for you and your family. As well as reaching beaches such as Torremolinos or Marbella.



With exteriors designed to be enjoyed as a family, along with the outdoor furniture, the pool and the shade of the porch or awnings, you will enjoy a good barbecue, sunbathing, refreshing and fun moments in the pool with the little ones. The house, all of this, is well connected to the accommodation, thanks to a large window that connects to the living room. In this outdoor area you will also have a bathroom with a shower tray.



The living-dining area, spacious, bright and cozy (thanks to its fireplace) in the colder seasons, is a nice space to share with the family, enjoy television time or good chats at lunch. The complete American-style kitchen that accompanies this space will make it easier for you to prepare lunches, as well as store your belongings.



For your rest, you will enjoy three bedrooms, all with windows to the outside and space to store your luggage in a comfortable and orderly manner. Two of the three bedrooms have a double bed, and the third has a more childish character with a nice bunk bed. They all have air conditioning with heat pump.



There will be a bathroom with a shower inside the accommodation.



The access road to the accommodation has 500 meters of unpaved road, compact and safe.
