Enjoy your holidays in Ötztal. Our apartments were newly built and can be found in the hamlet of Habichen, against a fabulous mountain backdrop. The central location of our apartment house makes an ideal starting point for your activity vacation at the heart of nature, both in winter and in summer. The apartment is divided into a spacious bedroom with high-quality double bed and flat-screen TV, a bathroom with washbasin, walk-in shower, hairdryer and separate WC; a great kitchen-cum-living room with cozy sitting area invites you to cook and sit together; a cozy relaxing zone can be used as a bed for additional people. You also have your own furnished balcony to end the day comfortably. It warmly invites you to wind down after in the evening sun after an exciting mountain day.
