Take a break from everyday life and unwind in this peaceful cabin on the shore of Lake Leusjärvi. The cabin is situated away from tourist destinations, away from the hustle and bustle.

However, if you wish to visit ski resorts, Ruka, Suomu, and Sallatunturi are a 45-minute drive away (40-50 km).

There are plenty of hiking trails nearby. The Karhunkierros Visitor Centre is 6 km away, with trails leading to Oulanka National Park.

Lake Leusjärvi is just 20 m away, with a shallow, soft-bottomed beach, a jetty, and rowing boat.

Handcrafted from logs, the cabin was completed in 2002. It has one bedroom with a double bed. The spacious living area includes two 120 cm wide beds and a sofa bed. There is also an additional bed under the sofa, and the sofa itself serves as a bed. Additionally, the living area features a large fireplace.

The dressing room contains a washing machine and a tumble dryer. The bathroom has a WC and a shower cubicle. The large sauna is electrically heated.

A storage shed is available, but it is not suitable for storing a car. Firewood is stocked in the shed. Oulanka National Park is about 15 km away. It is renowned for its stunning gorges, rapids, and vast wilderness areas. There are fantastic hiking trails in the Oulanka area, such as the Karhunkierros Trail, which offers magnificent views and the opportunity to see a wide variety of Finnish nature. In the national park, you can also enjoy activities such as canoeing, fishing, and in winter, snowshoeing or skiing.
