Our charming home "in the centre" perfectly combines traditional antiques, loving furnishings and contemporary comfort. Our house name says it all: it is located right in the centre and yet away from the hustle and bustle. You can recharge your batteries in the spacious garden and the children have plenty of space to play. Restaurants, shops and the public bus stop are in the immediate vicinity. The access point for the cross-country ski trail and the Aqua Dome - the Tirol Therme Längenfeld are just a few minutes' walk away.

This ground floor flat (ca. 75 m²) has its own entrance with storage space for sports equipment and a cloakroom. The kitchen has an electric hob, oven, fridge, coffee machine, microwave and kettle as well as a large dining area. There is a double bedroom, a very small double bedroom with a bed width of 1.80 metres and a bathroom with bathtub and shower, WC and washing machine.
