Spacious semi-detached villa with private pool (guaranteed opening period 15/05-04/10) and garden on three sides located in Lazise, 1 km from the historic centre (15 minutes on foot), situated in one of the most sought-after and peaceful residential areas of the town.
Villa Love consists of a modern, fully equipped living kitchen, with a 5-burner gas hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, capsule coffee machine, American coffee machine, toaster and satellite TV. From the elegant kitchen, you have direct access to a covered patio, furnished with a table and chairs, where you can enjoy peaceful breakfasts to start the day. The living room, with a view of the porch and the pool, welcomes guests with two leather sofas, sat TV, a dining table for 8 people, a single sofa bed with an additional pull-out bed, and air conditioning. On the ground floor there is also a brand new, windowed bathroom with a large walk-in shower.
Two French windows allow you to look out onto the well-kept garden and the large covered porch with a fireplace for organising unforgettable barbecues by the pool. The patio is furnished with a table for 8 people and a relaxation area with a sofa and armchairs. Guests have access to 3 sun loungers, a very comfortable outdoor shower, and a private 8x4 metre pool with a hydromassage area. The garden also offers a glimpse of the lake view, which provides breathtaking sunsets in the summer.
On the upper floor of Villa Love there are two elegant bedrooms with exposed beams, equipped with individual air conditioning and sat TV. The master bedroom, to which a new window was added in 2024, has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and a relaxation area with an armchair, and is complete with a large bathroom with a bathtub. The second bedroom was renovated in 2024 and has two electric skylights, and is furnished with a double bed, a single bed with an additional pull-out bed, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers, and also has an internal bathroom with a shower cubicle. Wifi and washing machine are available for guests.
One car parking space in the garage within the property, and additional free public parking spaces adjacent to the property. Small pets allowed on request.
