In the midst of the Styrian Salzkammergut, just a few minutes from the Grundlsee, lies the Narzissendorf Zloam.

The holiday chalets and flats for up to 12 people, built in the typical Ausseer style, are equipped with cosy bedrooms and bathrooms, a spacious living area with dining corner, a kitchen, balcony and terrace. For cosy warmth in every season, most houses have a fireplace and a sauna.

Down-to-earth and local cuisine is served in the village's own inn, the Zloam Wirt, from where the breakfast casserole also comes to the house on order. Children will enjoy the large adventure playground just outside the panoramic terrace. 

The extensive year-round leisure activities in the Narzissendorf guarantee lasting experiences. In winter you can go skiing and snowboarding or tobogganing and ice skating directly from the front door. Horse riding, archery on the 3D archery course and 4-D archery cinema, curling, an exciting treasure hunt in the treasure hunt forest and much more are on the programme all year round. In summer, take a dip in the village natural swimming pond or in the Grundlsee lake to cool off and challenge yourself to a match on the tennis court. Get creative in the wood and creative workshop.

Dogs are very welcome and enjoy their own fenced dog run.

Spend an unforgettable holiday at the Riding Stables! Whether you are an experienced rider or just want to discover your love of horses, we have something for everyone. The indoor riding arena and stables are located on the grounds of Narzissendorf Zloam and are within walking distance of your holiday home.

Narzissendorf Zloam is a place of inspiration, perfect for successful conferences, atmospheric parties, dreamy weddings and creative seminars and meetings. Meetings and celebrations can be held in the rustic Trüfüstubn at the Zloam Wirt or in the Klangwerkstatt event building with the Kreutz Hall or the atmospheric Kölbl Hall for up to 128 people. If the party is even bigger, the Kölbl Hall in the Klangwerkstatt can be extended with a beautiful marquee.

On 117 m² you will find two bedrooms in the Grundlsee house (1x on the ground floor with bathroom en suite including terrace and 1x on the upper floor with balcony), a children's room with bunk beds and two bathrooms. One of them, the large wellness bathroom with sauna, shower, bathtub and balcony, is on the first floor. On the ground floor, the bright, fully equipped kitchen-cum-living room with dining area in the large veranda and pull-out sofa offers a view of the landscape. Washer and dryer are in the utility room.
