If required, the living area has a sofa bed for 2 people, a smart TV with satellite connection and a PlayStation3 game console. Air conditioning ensures a pleasant temperature.On the first floor there are three bedrooms and another bathroom (with underfloor heating) available to the guests of this house. All three bedrooms are equipped with televisions (SmartTV) and air conditioning. One of the three bedrooms has bunk beds and two have double beds, one of which also has a cot. Two bedrooms have access to the balcony and a sea view. All rooms are equipped with mosquito nets.The very pleasant outdoor area consists of a front terrace and the centerpiece behind the house, the 32 m² swimming pool and a wonderful pool area.
