Our apartments are located in a quiet but central spot on the sun plateau of Telfes, the sunniest place in the Stubaital valley.

Whether for families with children, quiet connoisseurs, or active athletes, we offer comfortable apartments for both summer and winter.

Our new apartment "Sonnenstein" on the ground floor with its own entrance and private terrace offers 100m2 of living space for 2-5 people.
The modern eat-in kitchen is comfortable and fully equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, refrigerator, freezer compartment.
Spacious living area with a seating area and flat screen TV.
2 bedrooms with box spring double beds,
2 bathrooms with shower and toilet, sink, hair dryer and towel service.
Additionally 1 separate toilet,
Each of our apartments has free WiFi and free covered parking.
In winter you can safely store your equipment such as skis and snowboards in our lockable ski room.
We also have a lockable bike room for your e-bikes.
The large garden in front of our house invites you to take a rest in a deck chair, especially in summer.
