Our house is located in a quiet, sunny area, not far from the village center of Schwendt with a magnificent view of the Wilden Kaiser. We offer a bright and friendly 55m2 holiday apartment with its own entrance, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room with dining area, corner sofa, satellite TV, radio, floor, shower, separate toilet, washing machine, and 2 wide balconies. It is an ideal starting point for walks, hikes, and cycling paths, with a sunbathing lawn equipped with deck chairs. There is also a barbecue hut with a stunning view of the Kaiser mountains and surrounding alpine scenery.
Dog allowed (3€ extra per day).
Winter: cross-country ski trail. Winter hiking paths and toboggan runs are close to the house. Hochkössen ski lift is 3 km away.
