Our family-run apartment house Birgit*** in a central and quiet location - on the edge of the pedestrian zone - is ideal for those who want to spend their vacation independently and individually.

Thermal baths, mountains, shops, restaurants, all within a few minutes' walk.

Whether with a view of the Schlossalm or the Graukogel, our 14 apartments for 2-6 persons not only offer you a dreamlike view but also ensure sweet dreams thanks to the best living quality.

The generous space creates room for all your vacation experiences!  Living and sleeping areas are separated.
Flat TV, safe, fully equipped kitchens with dishwasher and microwave, bathroom/WC with hairdryer, some with separate WC complete the feel-good offering.

Our house features a lift, wellness area with sauna & infrared cabin, massage room, children's playroom, table tennis and foosball, as well as a ski depot. Our W-LAN is available to you free of charge.

Dogs are warmly welcome.

A free parking space is available per apartment. NEW: we now also have an E-charging station. For stress-free charging during your vacation.
