This comfortable holiday house is in the pretty village of Valtura, just 6km from the town of Pula. It is on a 2000m² plot which is fenced. As the house is located in a quiet place surrounded by olive trees and beautiful greenery, it is ideal for guests who prefer peace and quiet and nature.
The 140m² holiday house was renovated in 2015. It is fully air-conditioned and has two spacious bedrooms. The first has a double bed (180 x 200cm) and the second has two single beds (90 x 200cm). The two modern bathrooms have a shower and WC, as well as a hairdryer. The house has two fully-equipped kitchens, including a dishwasher. The first kitchen is integrated into the living room and also has an elegant dining space with a glass table and six chairs. Behind it there is the living room with two sofa beds (120 x 200cm each) for two people. The second kitchen has a dining space with a table and two wooden benches. There is a fireplace behind it. Satellite TV, a safe for your valuables, and free wireless Internet access (speed 5Mbit/s) are available. A cot can be provided free of charge. The three air conditioning units are in the two bedrooms and in the living room.
By the front of the house there is a roofed terrace with two deckchairs and comfortable seating, comprising a two-seater sofa, two armchairs and a coffee table. Behind the house there is another roofed terrace with a table and two rustic benches, as well as a brick-built outdoor grill. Firewood is provided free of charge. The garden next to the grill area has a playground with swings, and for playing badminton and mini football. Children can play here to their heart’s content, while the adults grill or relax on the terrace. The house has its own parking area with four spaces.
The house is just six kilometres from Pula, which is famous for its ancient amphitheatre. It is just 9km to the lovely beaches. During the summer months many events are held especially in the Arena in Pula, but also in various other places. It is 2,5km to the nearest grocery shop and 6km to the nearest supermarket.
