North Cyprus is ideal if you like outdoor activities (swimming, waklking, cycling, paragliding, off road safari, sightseeing). Aqua royal Residence is located 35kms from Ercan airport. A rental car is preferable to visit North Cyprus. Girne is a coastline town. Many isolated beaches can be found and enjoyed without seen nobody for hours. Aqua Royal Residence is a self catering apartments holiday building and provide for its guests an allocated car park space ( extra car can park at cost), a social communal area based on the 7th floor opens from 7.00 am to 11.00 pm with 2 leisure swimming pools 6mx5mx1.80m ( please read our house & swimming pool rules & regulations), terraces with tables & chairs with seating areas ( guests can request teas & coffees, soft beverages at cost). This is a building of 27 holiday apartments located in central Girne North Cyprus. There are 24 x 2 bedrooms, 3 x 3 bedrooms duplex apartments and 1x penthouse of 170 sm. This apartment is No 29 located on the 7th Floor (code A29F7) with direct access to rooftop terraces and leisure swimming pools. This apartment has 3 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, king bed size 1.60m x2.00m. It is equipped with a full fitted kitchen (dishwasher, fridge & frizzer, oven, cooker,). two bathrooms have a shower, toilets, sink, cupboards and a washing machine., one bathroom has toilets, sink and make up place. . The reception has a sofa; armchair, coffee table, dining table with chair, TV. There is one air conditionning unit of 12BTU in all bedrooms. The penthouse has direct access to the 2 leisure swimming pools located on the roof, sunbathing area, terraces with tables& chairs and seating area.
