Your own paradise in the most beautiful part of the south of France, the Provence. An ideal location to spend your holiday with friends or family and enjoy all the beauty of this area. This authentic villa is set in a stunning place and comes with a 5,000-m2 garden, planted with cypress trees, oleanders, olive trees and lavender, offering complete freedom within walking distance of the picturesque village of Flayosc. The view is breathtaking.
This villa is suitable for up to 8 people. There's a large, south-facing, private swimming pool. The pool is surrounded by 8 new sun loungers, perfect for a few relaxing hours.

Upon entering the villa, you'll find a hall with a toilet, a spacious living room and a well-equipped kitchen with access to the terrace, the perfect place to spend long, balmy summer nights. You'll also find a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom on the ground floor.
On the first floor, there are 3 beautiful double bedrooms, 2 typical Provençal bathrooms and a second toilet.
There's an additional, spacious relaxation room at garden level and there's a washing machine in the garage.

All of the highlights of the Provence and the French Rivièra regions are easy to get to in a daytrip. Think for example of Cassis, the Lubéron, or the famous Gorges du Verdon and the Lac Sainte Croix lake. You can reach Aix en Provence or Nice for a day of shopping, within an hour. Beach lovers will like Sainte Maxime and Saint-Tropez, also an hour's drive away. And how about a day of sailing on a private yacht in the bay of Saint-Tropez? Everything is possible here!

    „Das Haus liegt am Ortsrand von Flayosc. Da das Grundstück von Bäumen und Sträuchern umgeben ist, ist man sehr für sich. Es ist so wie auf dem Foto abgebildet. Wir haben uns vom ersten Augenblick an sehr wohl in dieser schönen Villa gefühlt. Sie hat eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und man merkt, daß die Eigentümer selbst darin wohnen. Es ist alles neu, außer der Küchenzeile. Wir haben nichts vermißt. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Wir haben alles im sauberen Zustand vorgefunden. Schwierigkeiten hatten wir nur mit der Elektrizität, der Strom fiel öfter aus. Die sehr sympathische und nette Hausverwalterin Marjolijn hat uns aber immer sofort geholfen. Wir fühlten uns sehr aufgehoben. Besonders genossen haben wir auch den Garten mit dem tollen großen Pool.”
