Individually furnished, detached holiday house with a large garden, in a charming Uckermarck village
This detached single-family house is in the north-eastern Uckermark, between Lychen and Prenzlau, to the north of Templin. In the neighbouring village there is the fairytale castle Boitzenburg.
With around 155m2 of living space, up to three adults and two adults can be accommodated. It has been furnished with attention to detail and with a personal touch. The living and dining room provides a sofa bed for two people (180cm wide), a coffee table, satellite TV with a DVD player, two armchairs, a dining table with chairs and a fireplace for cosy hours. The open kitchen space in the room with a cooking island is equipped with an oven, a fridge-freezer, a gas stove, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and filter coffee machine. You can use all the utensils and condiments. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is also a little library on the gallery. A cot, highchair and toys are available for toddlers free of charge. All the rooms have (underfloor) heating and free Wi-Fi.
The kitchen opens onto a 60m² south-facing terrace and a 1500m² garden. On sunny days, you can enjoy many great outdoor activities such as boccia and football with a children’s goal etc. You can use an outdoor shower. There is a charcoal grill for sociable grill evenings. One of the favorite places in the garden is the little witch house. Here are fairy tale books to read in the cozy corner (1.40 x 2.00 m) as well as toys for all ages. There are two private outdoor car parking spaces free of charge. Pets are not allowed.
As a family, you can go on walks, swimming, cycling, fishing and enjoy the wonderful sunrise and sunset on the generous terrace. Such lovely holiday days are rounded off with a delicious barbecue with a view of the fairytale house. You can use three adult bicycles (two men’s, one lady’s).
