Modern holiday apartment with a south-facing balcony and a parking space, just 1km from the beach

This is a newly-built holiday apartment with comfortable and modern furnishing and a south-facing balcony with a view into the distance of the Baltic Sea, situated in the tranquil village Meeschendorf, in the south-eastern part of the sunny island Fehmarn, just a walk away from the south beach.

The apartment is part of a two-storey new building completed in 2016, with four residential units. This apartment on the upper floor provides 75m² of living space comprising two bedrooms, a spacious living room with an integrated kitchen-diner, and a shower room with a WC. It is painted in white, allows plenty of daylight in and has a modern design, creating a very pleasant impression. You step through the entrance into the hallway with a wardrobe, which provides access to the individual rooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200cm) with bedside tables on either side. A three-door wardrobe provides ample storage space for your clothing. The second room is for up to three further guests and is therefore ideal as a children’s room. It has a raised single bed (90 x 200cm) above a double bed (180 x 200cm), as well as a spacious four-door wardrobe. The centrepiece of the apartment is the living and dining room with a kitchen space. The leather suite comprising a three-seater and a two-seater sofa invites you to relax after a day trip. The fireplace stove exudes a cosy atmosphere and the flatscreen TV with satellite channels provides entertainment. Five people can sit together at the round dining table for meals together, with a view over the balcony into the garden and the adjoining fields. The kitchen unit enables convenient and comprehensive self-catering with a stove with an induction hob and oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a coffee machine and a kettle. The bathroom has a window, a shower, a washbasin, a hairdryer and a WC.

The living room opens onto the sunny south-facing balcony, affording a view over the fields as far as the Baltic Sea in the distance. There is a parking space right by the house and there is also a shared bicycle shed on site.

Meeschendorf and the apartment are on a little hill. The Baltic Sea is about 1km away and is easy to get to by car, bicycle or on foot. The Meeschendorf beach is a fine sandy beach. There is also a beach for dogs. Meeschendorf is about 4km from Burg. A cycle path leads into the town centre with shops, museums, restaurants and all everyday essentials. Meeschendorf itself has an adventure mini golf course providing fun for all ages. The complex includes a café with a large sunny terrace. Bicycles can be hired at the nearby campsite (ca. 1km away), which also has a restaurant. There are various water sports facilities at the south beach, or you can go climbing at the climbing garden nearby.
