This lovely holiday house is for 6 persons and it is situated very close to the beach in the little village Sveti Ivan near Umag, ca. 4000m from the city center, 400m from the shop and about 50m from the beach. The nearest restaurant is in 150m distance.
It is on two floors (ground floor and first floor) with a surface of 90m2 and consists of three bedrooms (each with double bed), a living room and kitchen with dining room. The kitchen is equipped with electric stove, oven, refrigerator, dish washer, microwave and coffee maker, there are two bathrooms (one with shower and wc and one separate toilete), a terrace with furniture and with barbecue and private parking (situated ca. 50m from the house). SAT-TV, air condition, dish washer, washing machine, use of internet and bed linen are included in the price, pets are welcome on charge.
