The living and dining area features a comfortable sofa and a dining ensemble with chairs, offering a relaxed atmosphere for socializing and meals. Equipped with essential amenities, the kitchen is fitted with a gas stove, oven, and a refrigerator with a freezer. The bathroom includes a bathtub, washbasin, and toilet, ensuring convenience during your stay. Originally constructed in 1935 and utilized for daily living, cultivating the land, tending to olive and fig trees, fishing, raising sheep, and working in vineyards, this historic dwelling underwent complete renovations in 2004 and 2019. Presently, it serves as an escape from the bustle of daily life, often rented by those seeking tranquility, relaxation, and immersion in the serene beauty of the sea and nature.
