This holiday home is quietly located on a 15,000 m² property of a farm with animals, fruit trees and a forest, where the owner also lives. It is about 4 km from the beach and 1 km from the exit of the A 29 and the A 1.
Outside, there is a private garden with outdoor furniture and a barbecue, toys and a kiddie pool. You can park your vehicle on one of the ten car parking spaces the property has to offer.
The 100 m² house accommodates up to twelve people. The house boasts three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living room and a fully loaded kitchen. The first bedroom is furnished with a 140 cm x 190 cm double bed and a cot and has an ensuite bathroom; the second bedroom is furnished with a 140 cm x 190 cm double bed and a 90 cm x 190 cm single bed. Two additional bedrooms are accessible via a separate entrance and are in total furnished with two 140 cm x 190 cm double beds and a 90 x 190 cm single bed. The living room houses two additional single beds next to the old mill stone, separated from the rest of the room by a curtain. The house is equipped with air conditioning and heating and has a wooden fireplace (firewood is available). Wireless internet access is also available.
The house is perfect for a family or a small group. It is also close to the beach (Espinho, about 4 km). There is also a casino, a weekly market, a restaurant and supermarkets. It is 15 km or to Gaia and Porto; it is a 30 minute drive to Aveiro (Portugal's Venice). It is only a five minute drive to Santa Maria de Feira. It is 2km to the closest grocery store and 200 km to a cafe and restaurant.
The house is wheelchair accessible. The owner lives in the main house and is available should any questions arise during your stay; they speak Spanish, French, English and German.
