The apartment is on two floors and is in the traffic-free centre of Baška, right in the old town and in a quiet location. You can feel the authentic rhythm of life in the village here. The entrance to the apartment is on the second floor, accessed up outdoor stairs with fifteen steps.
The bedroom opens onto a 5m² balcony, affording a wonderful view over the rooftops as far as the sea. The private parking space belonging to the apartment is 80 metres from the house, outside of the traffic-free old town.
The renovated 55m² apartment can accommodate up to four people. It is decorated in a traditional, rustic style and evokes the long history of the house and the generations who lived here.
