Renovated holiday apartments with a grill area, in the Stupin Celine bay, just 30 metres from the beach
These two holiday apartments newly renovated in 2014 are each for five people and are in a private house. They are by the beach in the little Stupin Celje bay, away from the main road and near Rogoznica. The apartments are ideal for families with children and for guests seeking peace and quiet.
Both apartments have a central air conditioning unit with a cooling and heating function in the living room, a free Internet connection and satellite TV. The bathrooms also have radiators.
The outdoor area offers guests a grill area in the courtyard and an outdoor shower (solar) with warm water. There are also two parking spaces available, one for each apartment. It is possible to arrange a boat mooring on request.
Of course it is possible to rent the whole house (both apartments). The owner does not live in the house.
It is only 150 metres to the nearest supermarket. The little fishing village of Rogoznica has several shops, a pharmacy, a fish and vegetable market, cafés and a marina. You can also hire bicycles or go diving. The village is known for its folk festivals in August (“Fisherman’s Night” and “Rogoznica Night”), when the streets are lively and the village exudes a special atmosphere. There are lovely UNESCO towns nearby with cultural and historical sights, such as Split (50km) with the Diocletian Palace, Trogir (25km) or Sibenik (35km), all within easy access by car. Krka and Kornati National Parks are also nearby.
Holiday apartment on the first floor with a balcony
This 65 m² apartment with balcony is on the house first floor and is suitable for five people. It has two bedrooms each with a double bed (160 x 200 cm, other 160 x 190 cm). The tiled bathroom provides a bath with a shower attachment, a WC and a washing machine. The living room comprises a sitting area with a double sofa bed (160 x 190 cm) and a satellite and smart TV, a dining space with a table and chairs, and a modern kitchen unit equipped with a stove, oven, electric/gas hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and kettle. The sofa bed in the living room is suitable for both children and adults. Air conditioning, Wi-fi and internet included. Windows and bedroom/balcony doors have installed mosquito nets. Barbecue in the garden is available to use. If you decide to stay with us you will be our only guests, as ground floor apartment is not for rent and is used by the owner periodically. Outer solar shower with hot water also is free to use, apartment has it's separate entrance and a parking space (for 1 car).
